Target Market Take into account your target market. Carefully consider any improvements which will not only help in securing a good tenant but will assist in achieving a higher rent. We will be happy to advise you on any improvements you may wish to make, remember a good tenant isn’t necessarily hard to find but can be hard to keep hold of and so small regular improvements will always help justify any rent increases. Telephone, TV and plenty of electrical points are always important. Presentation of the flat is crucial, any communal areas or gardens which are in poor condition will reflect badly on your property. Wherever possible do not restrict and limit your amount of potential tenants, sometimes the most unlikely people make the best tenants.
