Creative Director Steve Cort worked very closely with Doug Young in the initial business forming stages so had a full understanding of the new M&B Mortgage Shops benefits to the customer and identified the fact that people like people and want to be able to put a face to a name when they embark on possibly the largest financial commitment of their life. They also want a clearly identifiable brand that is easily recognisable, informative and personal. That was when the ‘Meet the team’ campaign was formed featuring the actual M&B Mortgage shop financial advisors their experience in the business along with most the most frequently asked questions that customers have asked them. The personal touch!

155 - 157 Northdown Road, Cliftonville, CT9 2QY, a great corner office position in an up-and-coming area. The building was gutted and refitted in 5 weeks including the Christmas period, an incredible job by local award wining builders, D.J. Ellis Construction with signage by Premier Signs, state of the art lighting by MK Electrical and some excellent finishing touches were provided by Printerior Design whose stunning panoramic pictures of Thanet light up the walls.

Good lighting was essential in the success of making this a great working environment, along with clean, modern fixtures and fittings and a superb reception area featuring a welcoming open spaced area plus a 42” plasma TV running the latest business news programmes - the staff and customers alike could not wait to get in and get started!
